My order showed up late, which was a little frustrating, but everything was okay once it finally arrived, so, overall, it wasn’t terrible.

These were totally worth the money!! Fun toys, good price, and I really don’t have any complaints at all!!!

I was just trying to find a few specific toys, but I ended up spotting so much more than I planned on. They had a really good mix of newer stuff and older sets my kids still talk about, which was a nice surprise!
The site was easy to look through too. I really liked not having to jump between five different stores just to track down one toy :)

Clarktoys.com was straightforward to use, which I appreciated because I really wasn’t in the mood to fight with a website. The pages loaded fine, the categories actually made sense, and I found the toys I needed without clicking around forever. Checkout wasn’t confusing either, which was a nice change. Nothing fancy, but it was clear and easy, so I’d use it again.

The box arrived really well protected, and everything inside was packed safely. that’s the kind of common-sense packaging you hope for when ordering something.

I had an issue with my order, it was a little frustrating at first trying to get everything sorted out. Customer service did get back to me and they did end up fixing the problem, which I appreciate. I just think it would’ve been a lot better if the updates were clearer and the whole process moved a bit faster. Things happen, I get it, but a little communication goes a long way. Overall, not a bad experience, just not a perfect one either.

I haven’t personally needed to return anything yet, so I can’t speak from experience on how the process goes, but just reading through it, it seems fair, clear, and simple enough to understand. that does make me feel a little more comfortable placing an order, because it’s nice to know ahead of time that if something doesn’t work out, the return information is there and seems reasonable.

Support got back to me fast and kinda took care of the issue without any hassle.

The toys feel sturdy and well made, and the quality is definitely nice. I do like them overall, but I’m not completely blown away, just kind of mixed on whether they’re worth getting again
